Being the founder of the company, Philip possesses over 30 years’ working experience in electronic / drinkware / infant care / medical consumer products. Bearing highly recognized industrial design background, he has the ability to combine his creative and technical instinct and create products of high market value for his clients from all over the world. In addition, his profound knowledge on tooling, forming and processing with plastic and plastic-free material such as silicone, glass and metals, enables his clients to realize high end design possibility, functionality and cost efficiency.
Philip held senior management positions in renowned companies such as ITEMS and Hongrita. He fully understands the importance of working with integrity, professionalism and empathy to manage challenges on design, quality, time & cost constraints.
Philip holds a Degree in Industrial Design from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Frank, being one of our key members, is highly experienced in both product and tooling engineering for infant care / drinkware / medical consumer products. He is particularly good at using CAD CAM software and is equipped with tooling and molding technical know-how of multi-component plastic & silicone, specialty metal vessel forming, premium borosilicate glass vessel forming and injection stretch blow molding.
Frank possesses high capability in the areas of product concept analysis and industrial technologies’ applications to realize different design ideas for customers.
Lewun, being one of our key members, is an electronic engineering specialist. He possesses over 20 years’ working experience in electronic device design, focusing on research & development, patent management and project management. He has solid knowledge in connectivity, micro-electronics and nano-scaled sensors which are commonly applied in modern intelligent electronic products such as smart phones and smart bottles.
Lewun holds a Master degree of Science in Automation and Computer Aided Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Matthew, being one of our key members, possesses over 20 years’ Project Management experience in supervising household / infant care / electrical & electronic product development, from design hangover to completion of production. His solid knowledge in material and product safety regulations, design verification and product validation helps to minimize unnecessary deviation from customers’ expectations.
Bearing mechanical engineering background, Matthew is an expert in production-orientated processing, ranging from injection forming, blow molding to all sorts of secondary processing. His excellent management skill and persistence to meet project timelines are well recognized by customers.
Angela has profound strategic and operational Human Resources experience in both consulting and corporate organizations for over 25 years. She worked for top notch corporations in different industries to drive the formulation of effective strategies, policies and implementation processes to ensure the attraction and retention of quality people. These corporations include LG Philips and Walmart.
Angela joins us to enhance our internal operating processes and systems with the aim to support our continuous growth. She holds a Master degree in Business Administration from the Hong Kong University.
